Agape was founded by Sun Ok Lee. Her son joined her in continuing to build the family business.
Our History
Agape first opened its door in 2008 after being incorporated in 2006 with 3 employees. Today, Agape employs more than 800 caregivers and staff with offices in Alexandria, Vienna and Chantilly.

Our mission is to provide a safe, caring environment for all clients that will foster the individual's quality and dignity of life through programs, activities and interaction with people of all ages and abilities, in a familiar cozy environment in their community.

Our objectives are to prevent or delay the need for institutional care of adults who requires healthcare supervision or intermediate levels of care, and to serve as a resource for families to provide a level of respite care and alleviate stresses by offering alternatives for private duty home healthcare.
